Portal is the management model designed to coordinate communication between the claims system and the independent experts network.

IT SYSTEM

The platform – key to process digitalisation – enables N4C to monitor independent expert performance and professional standards. From a SaaS logic, it allows companies to monitor time frames, commissions and deadlines. The management model involves native integration with the MSA Mizar claims management system named Clever, also developed in-house.

Selection of independent experts for assignments is automated via a system algorithm which identifies the best option on the basis of:

• assignment type

• geographic area

• expert performance

A specially designed notification function for outgoing and ingoing company communications which records these in a claims processing diary.

A series of features, designed specifically to respond to automated billing and invoicing management needs, reducing the paperwork and accounting tasks bound up with the management of independent experts.

The task manager details the everyday tasks to be completed by each expert, supporting them in managing assignments in accordance with the SLAs defined by the Company.

A statistical section monitors the key technical performance indicators and process management speed, sharing the most significant KPIsM online with experts.

Portal is a SPA (Single Page Application) written in React JS and based on Microsoft’s Fluent UI graphic framework.

The backend application is based on REST services – Spring framework. Security is on two different levels, managed with a combination of web session and JWT, and is implemented with the Spring Security framework. The database is managed with the MyBatis ORM.
