DIGITAL APPRAISAL – service phases

1. DAMAGE REPORT

The damaged party reports the damage

2. CONTACT

An operator contacts the customer

3. LINK SHARING

The customer is sent a call link via text message

4. VIRTUAL CONTACT

Client and operator are now in virtual contact

5. PHOTO ACQUISITION

In a video call the operator explains to the customer how to take the photos needed with the latter's smartphone camera

6. APPOINTMENT

At the end of the call, the operator makes a telephone appointment with a technician to estimate damage and, where possible, settle the damage within 48 hours
